Traditional breakfast, lots of options available. The staff were very helpful and helped with public parking. Location next to train station and shopping and food/restaurants, and Pier Bandai.

The room was well-designed, bed comfy. The staff was amicable, efficient, and everything was excellent. The location of the hotel was magnificent and absolutely perfect - at walking distance from Aizu Yaichi Museum.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and great dining options nearby. The spacious and clean rooms have comfortable beds and separate shower and toilet areas. The friendly staff and tasty breakfast are an added bonus. Plus, for those who enjoy sake, there is a tasting shop right next to the hotel lobby.
The windows could use some cleaning.

The hotel offered two small complimentary bottles of water, which was a nice touch. the location was very convenient, being close to the train station and other attractions. It was great to have many restaurants and bars within walking distance from the hotel, perfect for a romantic escape.
The room was quite cramped for the price, and the windows were not clean. I would say that the hotel was okay, but not worth the price.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room with a lovely sitting area near the TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff was helpful and able to speak English, which made our stay much easier. This hotel's greatest feature was its location, directly connected to the train station and close to various food options, including a wonderful sushi restaurant in Pier Bandai.
